05/01/12 - Due to circumstances beyond our control our cruise for October has been canceled. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Please remember we will be at Dollywood October 19th and 20th. We will sing four times each day, we hope to see you there.
This is the time of year we remember our "Risen Savior", my what a thrill and a blessing just to think someone would lay down their life for me! Please let us continue to remember He paid it all!
The surgeon removed 10 pound of tumor from our pastor. He has spent several days in ICU and is now out in a room. He seems to be doing as well as can be expected. Due to his lowered immune system the Doctors request no visitors. Please continue to remember him and his family in your prayers.
Please remember our Pastor, Luke Kidwell, today (March 28th, 2012). He is having a very serious surgery for his cancer today. He was told it will take 6-8 ours to do the procedure. Our church, Batley Baptist Church will be open all day for people to come and pray for them. There are two other churches that we know of that have their churches open, Clear Springs Baptist, Coryton, TN, and Turkey Cove Baptist Church Marion, NC. Please pray no matter where you are for our Pastor and his family and our church family.

Lord willing we will set sail from Jacksonville, FL to Key West, FL – Nassau, Bahamas aboard the Carnival Fascination October 22 and return October 27th.
